We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address, as our items are bulky and heavy.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the value of your order.

We are based in Victoria. Shipping rates are available for NSW, VIC, QLD and SA.

All deliveries are curbside at the delivery address. Our service does not include unpacking or removal of packaging materials.

As these are heavy items, please ensure a few people are available at the time of delivery.

As soon as the order has been placed, we are working behind the scenes to get it shipped out as soon as possible.

If this is the case, and your item has a major fault, please contact us within 24 hours or the item arriving. Include your order details and supporting evidence (photos and/or videos) of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

All items must be un-used and in the same original packaging, on delivery.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

All parts are covered by a 12-month replacement warranty, which does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or improper handling.
