These aren't seasonal string lights. Each 10m length carries 100 LEDs spaced 10cm apart on a durable black rubber cable, made to handle rain, sun and years of use. Wrap them through trees, along a pergola or across a fence line. Join lengths with the built in connectors and add more as your garden grows.
Customised to suit your space, all powered from a low voltage transformer, shatterproof bulbs and premium LED system. Choose very warm white (2200K) for a candlelit glow or warm white (2700K) for relaxed evenings outside.

Low Voltage (24v) Transformer — The right size transformer supplied with each kit, our waterproof power supplies keep your fairy lighting running smoothly while keeping the voltage down to safe, economic levels. These are rated IP65 and have been made to Australia’s highest SAA standards.
Extension Cable — Just the thing you need when you can’t quite… reach! These 3m long connectable extension cables bridge the gap between the low voltage power supply and the first fairy light string.So that your lighting starts in the air. Not on the ground.Â

Yes! These commercial fairy lights are IP65 rated and weatherproof, designed for permanent outdoor installation in all Australian conditions. Suitable for year round use.
Can I use these for a commercial venue or glamping property?
Absolutely. These are commercial grade and used by hospitality venues, glamping properties, wedding venues and event spaces across Australia. Trade pricing available for bulk orders.
What power source do they need?
Our fairy lights run on a low voltage 24V transformer which is included with your order. No electrician required. Simply plug into a standard power point.
What is the warranty?

Refunds
Change of mind
We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you'd like help with sizing or specs before ordering, get in touch.
Faulty or damaged items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the problem.
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong, with your order number and photos. Transit damage is easiest to resolve when reported within 48 hours, so we can claim with the carrier. For large items, we'll arrange inspection or collection. If an item is confirmed faulty, we'll cover reasonable return costs.

Warranty
Festoon House lights come with a 2-year warranty against defects from the date of delivery. To make a claim, contact Trove Collective Co at hello@trovecollectiveco.com or 1800 960 434 with your order number, a description of the issue and photos.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
