By accessing our website or placing an order with Trove Collective Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com before placing your order.

Our contract with you

When you place an order with Trove Collective Co, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed once your order has been confirmed and payment processed.

Pricing

All prices displayed on trovecollectiveco.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. The price applicable to your order is that displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs and any applicable fees are displayed and confirmed prior to completing your order. Trove Collective Co reserves the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for standard orders. For trade and wholesale account holders, payment terms will be outlined in your individual trade agreement. Trove Collective Co reserves the right to request a deposit on large or custom orders prior to fulfilment. Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored by Trove Collective Co.

Trade & wholesale accounts

We welcome trade enquiries from venue operators, glamping properties, eco-retreats, hospitality businesses and property developers. Trade account holders are subject to additional terms outlined in their trade agreement. To apply for a trade account, please contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@trovecollectiveco.com. Cancellations requested before dispatch will be accommodated where possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our Returns & Refunds Policy will apply. For large or custom orders, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee.

Warranty

Where applicable, products supplied by Trove Collective Co carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and supplier. Trove Collective Co will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible, however warranty obligations rest with the relevant manufacturer. If you believe a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, please contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com and we will work to resolve the matter promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian consumer law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Personal information & privacy

All personal information collected by Trove Collective Co is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We use appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide us. While we take stringent measures to protect our website and all information, no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Trove Collective Co will not be responsible for any event arising from unauthorised external access.

Intellectual property

All content on trovecollectiveco.com including images, text, logos, graphics and branding is the property of Trove Collective Co and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

Unforeseen circumstances

Trove Collective Co will not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfil an order resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, natural disasters, extreme weather events or disruptions to transport networks. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation with minimal disruption to your order.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
