Fairy light strings. Weatherproof, IP65 rated cable in 3m and 10m connectable lengths. Every kit includes a mix of both, so you can shape the wrap around your tree.

Low voltage transformer. A correctly sized, IP65 rated 24V transformer is included with each kit, built to Australia's SAA standard for safe, reliable power.

Extension lead. A 3m connectable cable to bridge the gap between your power point and the first light string.

Splitters. Power multiple branches from one source. The 2 way and 3 way splitters send light outward across your tree without doubling back cable.

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If no rate is available at checkout, contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com for a custom quote.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment, usually sooner. Please note that factors including weather, high postal traffic and carrier performance are outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

How much cable do I need for my tree?

We offer four sizes. Small (37m) for small ornamental trees, Medium (80m) for small-medium trees, Large (150m) for larger trees with up to 10 main branches, and X-Large (300m) for grand feature trees with up to 15 main branches. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll help you choose the right size.

Do I need an electrician to install these?

No! Each kit comes with a low voltage 24V transformer that plugs into a standard power point. No electrician required.

Are these suitable for commercial use?

Yes! They are IP65 rated, weatherproof and built for nightly commercial use. Used by hospitality venues, glamping properties and event spaces across Australia.

What is the warranty?

2 year warranty. Contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com within 48 hours of any issue with your order.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.

If this is the case, and your item has a major fault, please contact us within 48 hours or the item arriving. Include your order details and supporting evidence (photos and/or videos) of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

All items must be un-used and in the same original packaging, on delivery.

Postage for the returned item will be at the buyer's expense. Unless faulty.

Warranty for the Tree Fairy Lights is 2 years.
