Is installation included?

Our trampolines are supply only. Installation is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend engaging a qualified landscaper or installer for in ground installations. Get in touch if you need guidance on the installation process.

What size hole do I need to dig?

The excavation requirements vary by size. Full specifications including hole dimensions are provided with your order. Get in touch before purchasing if you need specs in advance for planning purposes.

Are these suitable for commercial or glamping use?

Yes! These in ground trampolines are selected for their durability and design, making them suitable for glamping properties, eco-retreats, family resorts and residential backyards. Trade pricing available for bulk orders.

What is the warranty?

All parts are covered by a 12 month replacement warranty, which does not apply to damage resulting from misuse or improper handling

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If no rate is available at checkout, contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com for a custom quote.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment, usually sooner. Please note that factors including weather, high postal traffic and carrier performance are outside of our control.

For large or freight items such as trampolines, saunas and glamping structures. All deliveries are curbside. Our service does not include unpacking or removal of packaging materials. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.

If this is the case, and your item has a major fault, please contact us within 24 hours or the item arriving. Include your order details and supporting evidence (photos and/or videos) of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

All items must be un-used and in the same original packaging, on delivery.
