What happens if I don't report damage within 24 hours?
If we don't receive written notification within 24 hours of delivery, the goods will be deemed to have arrived in good condition and a return may not be possible. So please inspect your items straight away!

If your item is confirmed as faulty, we'll take care of the return shipping costs.
