Refund policy

We are committed to making our customers happy.

As we work with a range of curated brands, each have there own refund and return policies. For more information on each individual product, please view the returns drop down section, on the product page. 

Please note, you must inspect the item/s upon delivery. Any faults or damages with the item/s need to be emailed to us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com, within 24 hours. Include your order number, description and images and/or videos of the issue. 

If we do not receive written notification within this timeframe, the goods will be deemed in good condition.  

All items must be un-used and in the same original packaging. 

Postage for the returned item will be at the buyer's expense. Unless faulty.Â
