~ We are based in Victoria, and have rates available at check-out for Metro and Regional areas.

~ All deliveries are curbside at the delivery address. Our service does not include unpacking or removal of packaging materials.
~ Some items are large or heavy. Please ensure a few people are available at the time of delivery.
We offer shipping to most places within Australia. And ship within 2-5 business days of payment, usually sooner.
~ As soon as the order has been placed, we are working behind the scenes to get it shipped out as soon as possible.
~ Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.

If this is the case, and your item has a major fault, please contact us within 24 hours or the item arriving. Include your order details and supporting evidence (photos and/or videos) of the issue, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
All items must be un-used and in the same original packaging, on delivery.
Postage for the returned item will be at the buyer's expense. Unless faulty.
