HUUM Drop (6kW or 9kW, electric)

Recommended for the Round Cube Mini. A compact, sculptural heater with an open stone design for soft, even steam. The 6kW suits the 2.0m and the 9kW gives extra power for the 2.4m or faster heat-up.

HUUM Hive Mini 9kW (electric)

Recommended for the Round Cube Mini. Floor standing, with a larger stone capacity for deep, lasting steam.

No heater

For customers supplying their own heater. Please make sure it's correctly rated for your chosen size before ordering.

All electric heaters must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Is a heater included?

No. The heater is sold separately, so you can choose the one that suits you. We recommend the HUUM Drop (6kW or 9kW) or the HUUM Hive Mini 9kW.

What's included?

The complete sauna kit, handcrafted juniper feature wall, LED lighting, split-level aspen benches with backrests, mirror glass windows and door, shingle roof and built-in floor drain.

How many people does it seat?

Four to five people.

Can I assemble it myself?

Yes. It arrives as a pre-assembled kit with instructions, and takes around 15 to 17 hours. Most people use a trained installer or handy builder.

What foundation does it need?

A stable, level base that won't settle, such as a concrete slab or driven piles.

Do I need an electrician?

Yes. Electric heaters must be installed by a licensed electrician. Depending on your home, the heater may need its own circuit.

Do I need council approval?

It depends on your council and site. Check local requirements before ordering.

How is it delivered?

Kerbside, Australia-wide. Freight is calculated at checkout based on your location. The sauna weighs 900 to 990kg, so you'll need a way to move it into place.

How long does delivery take?

Timing depends on stock and your location. Contact us and we'll confirm before you order.

How do I look after it?

Treat the timber inside and out once a year to keep it looking its best.

How can I pay?

By card or bank transfer at checkout.

We ship Australia wide. Shipping costs and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. If no rate is available at checkout, contact us at hello@trovecollectiveco.com for a custom quote.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment, usually sooner. Please note that factors including weather, high postal traffic and carrier performance are outside of our control.

For large or freight items such as trampolines, saunas and glamping structures. All deliveries are curbside. Our service does not include unpacking or removal of packaging materials. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Change of mind

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If you'd like help with sizing or specs before ordering, get in touch.

Faulty or damaged items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the problem.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us as soon as possible if anything is wrong, with your order number and photos. Transit damage is easiest to resolve when reported within 48 hours, so we can claim with the carrier. For large items, we'll arrange inspection or collection. If an item is confirmed faulty, we'll cover reasonable return costs.

The Round Cube Mini comes with a two-year warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing, including any damage that occurred before the sauna left the factory. Different terms apply to saunas used commercially. Ask us for details.

The warranty doesn't cover natural variations in timber (such as colour, cracks and knots), normal wear and tear, incorrect assembly or installation, unauthorised modifications, or events outside normal use such as natural disasters.

Heaters are covered separately by the heater manufacturer's warranty.
